Why doesn't the search box on the ringtone maker appear after I've loaded my MP3 song?
As per our directions on how to
create a ringtone,
in order to create one you need to identify the song you've loaded (finger-print it) in order to check that there aren't already CutCodes
(i.e. ringtone templates) created for your song. This identification is most often automatic but in some instances a match cannot be found in which
case you need to do a manual search to help us identify the song you've loaded.
Should you successfully load an MP3 song into the ringtone maker but no finger-printing results or search box appears on the right as per the
screenshot below (the finger-printing results or search screen is shown in the red outline) then it is likely that you have an ad blocking plugin
installed on your browser that is preventing the finger-printing results or search box from loading. For ad blocking plugins like AdBlock Plus all
you need to do is disable it when on the ToneBee.com site. Specifically for AdBlock Plus this is done by unchecking "Enable AdBlock Plus" in the
drop down menu of the plugin as shown below.
